2. Foster collaborations in the development of new technologies that leverage ORNL capabilities in material science, high-performance computing, and electronic systems research.

3. Build a workforce capable of addressing the technology concerns raised by next generation computing platforms

4. Deliver the infrastructure needed to support adoption of quantum computing by end users
